When do tickets go on sale?

Super Early Bird tickets for Year Three will go on sale around the end of February. To maintain the intimate feel of previous conferences, only a limited number will be available.

I don’t consider myself a nomad, but I am location independent. Should I come?

Absolutely! This conference is for everyone who lives the location independent lifestyle. Whether you live out of a backpack, an RV, or have a home base — as long as you live life on your own terms, you’ll find your people at 7in7.

  2. Learn from nomads who’ve built a life on their own terms with unconventional strategies.

  3. Best of all, you’ll have access to a bigger community of location independent badasses than you had before. As much as we all love living online, nothing compares to meeting your fellow nomads face-to-face to share ideas and laughs. There’ll be plenty of time set aside for all of us to meet new people. (and don’t worry introverts — the entire event is planned with you in mind)

Will the conference be accessible to me?

We want to make sure everyone can attend 7in7. Our venue will be accessible, but if you have other needs — dietary, interpreter, daycare, etc. — please let us know!

Do you have a Code of Conduct?

It's right here. We want to make sure everyone feels safe and respected during the conference.

All attendees, partners, volunteers, and speakers are required to agree with the Code of Conduct. The 7in7 Conference is a 100% harassment-free event and there will be no toleration of harassment towards conference participants in any form.

Why Medellín?

Medellín. So hot right now.

Like Bangkok and Barcelona, Medellín is brimming with activities and attractions. We all love chillin' on the beach (and you can do just that in Cartagena) but 7in7 is about gathering community to discuss the big things in life. We're all about the doing. And, you know... arepas.

In practical terms, the city is affordable, accessible, has flights from everywhere, and is very LBGTQ+ friendly, despite its Catholic roots. Public transit is cheap and there’s a vibrant arts scene on nearly every street.

TLDR; Medellín’s awesome. We can’t wait to see you there!

How many people are coming?

We’re planning to sell a max of 100 tickets for the 2018 conference in Medellín. If you include speakers, volunteers, and — us! — we hope to have between 120 and 130 digital nomads in one totally awesome space.

What’s the ticket transfer policy?

7in7 Logo

Tickets are non-refundable. But don't worry — if for some reason you’re unable to attend, you can transfer your ticket at no extra cost up until two weeks before the conference.

I want to quit my job and become a digital nomad. Should I come to 7in7?

Honestly, no. 7in7 is a conference designed for those who have already taken the leap and are looking to grow their expertise and expand their community.

The good news is there are tons of resources out there for people looking to escape the 9-to-5 life. If you’re not sure where to begin, feel free to contact us!

Yes! We’ve had so many offers of help, we’re simply overwhelmed with the kindness of this wonderful community. We’re always looking to expand the 7in7 team, so if you’d like to be involved with Year Three in Medellín, let us know!
